PISAU 99.99% Magnesium Fire-Starting Rod
A solid magnesium rod designed for preparing fine magnesium shavings as tinder for campfires, BBQs and other suitable fire-starting applications.
- Size: approx. 9 cm × 1.5 cm
- Material: 99.99% magnesium
- Use: Scrape a small amount of magnesium to create tinder, then ignite it with a suitable spark source
- Important: The magnesium rod itself does not produce sparks
Store in a dry place. Surface darkening or oxidation can occur naturally over time.
Safety: Direct sparks away from people, clothing, fuel vapours and unintended flammable materials. Use only in an appropriate fire area and allow the striker and rod to cool before storage.
