Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time and processing of orders. During peak season and sales, we ask for some additional processing time as we catch up with our orders. We reserve the right to exceed these conditions under certain circumstances.

TRACKING
Tracking information should be sent within 24-48 hours of the parcel being processed through our system. If you require more tracking information, please contact us at list.aus.pty.ltd@gmail.com with your order number and details and we will be happy to help.

CHANGES TO SHIPPING
Please ensure your shipping information including your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been processed and sent via. Australia Post.
